Advance Registration of all participants is essential. Registrations can only be accepted on receipt of a completed registration form accompanied by full payment of fees, additional tickets (where applicable) and your accommodation deposit. Acknowledgment of registration details will be sent soon after receipt of your registration form and payment. Registrations will not be processed without full payment. On receipt of your confirmation letter, please check all items carefully. Any errors or alterations need to be made in writing to the Conference Organiser as quickly as possible.

Explanation of Registration Types:
Full Registration - Purchase this registration if you wish to be able to access the Conference sessions, Technical Exhibition, Welcome Reception, Conference Celebration Dinner and daily catering.
Day Registration – Purchase this registration if you wish to attend the Conference for one day only. This registration type includes access to the Conference sessions, Technical Exhibition and daily catering on the nominated day. Tickets to the Welcome Reception and Conference Celebration Dinner may be purchased separately.
Exhibitor Registration (3 day pass) - All staff manning your stand MUST be pre-registered to gain access to the Conference. Purchase this registration if you wish to be able to access the Conference Sessions, Technical Exhibition, Welcome Reception and daily catering. Tickets to the Conference Dinner Celebration may be purchase separately.
Exhibitor Registration (1 day pass) - All staff manning your stand MUST be pre-registered to gain access to the Conference. Purchase this registration if you wish to be able to access the Technical Exhibition only including daily catering. Tickets to the Welcome Reception and Conference Celebration Dinner may also be purchased separately.
Speaker Registration - Purchase this registration if you wish
to be able to access the Conference sessions, Technical Exhibition, Welcome Reception, Conference Celebration Dinner and daily catering.
Exhibitor/ Sponsor Full Complimentary Registration - Some of the sponsorship and Exhibition packages are inclusive of one or more complimentary registration/s. This registration type includes access to Conference sessions, Technical Exhibition, Welcome Reception, Conference Celebration Dinner and daily catering.
Speaker Complimentary Registration - Some of the keynote speakers are inclusive of one complimentary registration. This registration type includes access to Conference sessions, Technical Exhibition, Welcome Reception, Conference Celebration Dinner and daily catering.
Exhibition Visitor Registration (1 day pass) - Purchase this registration if you wish to be able to access the Technical Exhibition only. Tickets for Catering, Welcome Reception and Conference Celebration Dinner may also be purchased separately. This registration can not be used for exhibiting organisations and is only for visitors.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing by the Conference Organiser, prior to 24 July 2009, will receive a fifty (50) percent refund. A refund will not be given after this date, however an alternative delegate name may be submitted. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to the Conference Organiser.
